At ViaConecta, the security of our infrastructure and the privacy of our customers' data is our highest priority. We employ enterprise-grade defense mechanisms, including Cloudflare DDoS protection, Argon2id password hashing, and strict Zero-Dependency policies to ensure our platform remains secure.
Responsible Disclosure Policy
We believe that working with skilled security researchers across the globe is crucial in identifying weaknesses in any technology. If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in our service, we encourage you to notify us immediately.
- Do not take advantage of the vulnerability or problem you have discovered, for example by downloading more data than necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability or deleting or modifying other people's data.
- Do not reveal the problem to others until it has been resolved.
- Do not use attacks on physical security, social engineering, distributed denial of service (DDoS), spam, or applications of third parties.
- Do provide sufficient information to reproduce the problem, so we will be able to resolve it as quickly as possible.
How to Report
Please submit all security-related findings via email. Our security team will review your report and respond promptly.
Note: We currently do not operate a paid public bug bounty program, but we appreciate and may acknowledge responsible disclosures.
