Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM. Select 'Use QR Code' and scan the code sent to your email. Ensure Data Roaming is ON.

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add (+). Select 'Download a SIM instead?' and scan the QR code.

We recommend installing your eSIM before your flight or as soon as you have stable Wi-Fi. It will only activate when you connect to the local network.

Check that Data Roaming is ON for the ViaConecta line, and that it is selected as your primary data line. Toggle Airplane mode.

Speeds vary by location (4G/5G). Try moving locations or toggling Airplane mode. Ensure Low Data Mode is OFF.

Most plans support Hotspot. Verify your APN settings are automatic and restart your phone.

Invoices are emailed after purchase. You can also download them from the "Orders" section in your Dashboard.

Go to the Login Page and click "Forgot Password" to receive a reset link.
