Events & Nightlife Policy
Last Updated: August 2026
1. Introduction & Scope
This Events & Nightlife Policy governs your use of the ViaConecta Events Radar. By using this service to discover concerts, sports, arts, and nightlife events, you agree to these terms.
2. Third-Party Data & Ticketmaster
ViaConecta acts as an aggregator and discovery platform. We do not host events, sell tickets directly, or process ticketing payments. All event data is provided via the Ticketmaster API.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of event dates, times, prices, or availability.
- Any ticket purchases are made directly on Ticketmaster or their official partners.
3. Affiliate Disclaimer
Links provided within the Events Radar may contain affiliate tracking codes. ViaConecta may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no extra cost to you. This helps support our platform.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Because ViaConecta does not sell the tickets, we cannot process refunds, exchanges, or customer service requests related to the events. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or if you have ticketing issues, you must contact the ticket vendor directly.
