返金およびキャンセルポリシー

ViaConectaでは、シームレスなグローバル接続を提供するよう努めています。ただし、当社のeSIMはデジタル製品であるため、厳格な返金ガイドラインにご注意ください。

1. デジタル商品の返金なし

デジタルeSIMの性質上、QRコードまたはアクティベーション文字列が生成され配信されると、「返品」することはできません。したがって、すべての販売は最終的です。以下の場合、返金はいたしません：

• 心変わり
• 誤って購入した
• 互換性のないデバイス（購入前に互換性を確認してください）
• 未使用のデータパッケージ

2. 技術的な例外

私たちは理不尽ではありません。以下の場合のみ、返金が検討される場合があります：

• 提供されたeSIMプロファイルに検証可能な技術的な欠陥があり、接続できない場合。
• サポートに連絡し、問題が解決できないことを確認した場合。

重要：使用ログのトラブルシューティングを行うため、目的国に滞在中にご連絡いただく必要があります。

3. フライト予約について

We provide fair and automated refund guarantees for account balances and telephony services:

• Automatic Service Refunds: If an active Single OTP virtual number expires without receiving a verification SMS within the allocated 10-minute session window, your payment is automatically refunded or credited back to your ViaConecta Wallet in real-time with zero processing fees.
• Statutory 14-Day Top-Up Refund Right (EU Cooling-Off): In compliance with European Union consumer protection directives (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers who deposited funds into their ViaConecta Wallet via card or PayPal have the right to request a full refund of their unspent top-up balance back to the original payment method within 14 days of the transaction date.
• Non-Refundable Items: Promotional bonuses, referral credits, loyalty points, or funds that have already been consumed for active network data or active phone number reservations are strictly non-refundable.

4. Virtual Numbers & Telephony Fulfillment

Our virtual telephony lines operate under a clear "No Code, No Pay" guarantee:

• Successfully Delivered Codes: Once an incoming SMS verification code or OTP has been delivered and displayed in your activation console, the digital verification service is considered fully rendered and is non-refundable.
• Instant Number Replacement: If a temporary number fails to receive an SMS from a specific platform, users may request up to 2 free instant replacement numbers during their active session before claiming an automatic refund.
• Monthly Telephony Subscriptions: Dedicated Web Inbox lines and Mobile Voice eSIM profiles are billed on a 30-day basis and can be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Flight Search Bookings

ViaConectaは厳密に「フライト検索アグリゲーター」として機能しており、航空券の直接的な販売等に対する介入を行いません。従って、フライト料金の返金、キャンセル、また予約の変更手続きには対応できかねます。フライト関連の払い戻し等のお問い合わせは、チケットを購入・決済した該当の航空会社または提携旅行会社へ直接ご連絡ください。
